Refund Policy

This page explains how refunds work once a return is approved. See also our Return Policy for eligibility and how to start a return.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method once online payments are enabled.
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer or UPI to the details you provide, since there is no original payment method to reverse.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund based on hygiene and product category — this is noted on each product page and confirmed at the time of your return request.
