We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Eligibility
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. For hygiene reasons, certain innerwear categories may not be eligible for return — this is clearly marked on the product page before you buy.
How to Start a Return
- Go to Request a Return
- Enter your order ID and select the item(s) to return
- Choose a reason and add photos if requested
- Submit — our team will review within 24–48 hours

- Damaged product
- Wrong product received
- Quality issue

After Approval
Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup or share a return shipping address. After the item is received and inspected, your refund is processed per our Refund Policy.
